Renters and/or maintenance personnel can locate rental buildings with bylaw issues, and share details and images via Email/Facebook/Twitter.
Housing advocates can raise awareness about poor rental housing conditions.
Landlords can demonstrate their integrity by fixing issues and closing outstanding bylaw violations. RentalDog will show the downward trend of outstanding issues once violations are closed with the City.
